…Or has it? “The old school ways of prospecting friends and family, cold calling leads, holding meetings and trying to convince people to look at your opportunity are DEAD!” – a lot of online networkers will tell you.
Well in my opinion, they NEVER had a chance to live! Don’t know about you but I certainly failed miserably doing some of those things.
BUT… whether building online is better than building offline is a debate where I’m more than happy to be a fence sitter.

One of the best personal development books I’ve had the pleasure of reading is “The Slight Edge”, written by Jeff Olson.
Jeff Olson was himself, a highly successful network marketer. And one point in time was the co-founder, president and CEO of a network marketing company called The People’s Network or TPN, which eventually merged with Pre-Paid Legal.
For me, The Slight Edge philosophy is so simple that if I just lived my life by it every day, without knowing much else, my long term success is almost guaranteed.

The term “Best MLM Company” is searched in Google about 4,400 times per month globally, which indicates there are about that many people all over the world looking for information, opinions and reviews on just which one of the many thousands of MLM companies in world is the best.
I’d guess that significant portion of these people are looking for an opportunity to join. Perhaps they are brand new to the network marketing industry and are looking for the best possible chance of success. Or perhaps they have come to the realisation that their current company isn’t going to take them where they want to go.
