Attract the Right People to You!

Are You Attracting the Right People?

In my last post, I spoke about how superstars of the MLM industry who have 10, 15, 20 years or more experience in the profession are mentally operating at an entirely different level compared to most other networkers.

They have a magnetic personality that draws you into their presence and makes you listen to every word they’re saying.

This is no accident. It can only happen through continuous self growth and improvement. Today, I want to shed some light on how and why this works.

The most powerful thing that personal development will do for you is raise your level of consciousness and awareness.

What I have noticed is as I grow, the little issues of life that used to bother me on a daily basis start to diminish.

Get your FREE MLM success manual here.

As you grow, you start to put things into perspective. You start taking the long view, and have a better understanding of the big picture.

Little things, like who kissed who, who did this and that don’t bother you anymore. You begin to tune out from all the gossip and small talk that make absolutely no difference to your life.

You’re able to slow down and stop the chatter in your mind. And you begin to notice all of the sources of negativity and useless junk around you that’s dragging you down.

With less chatter in your head, you can think more clearly. Your mental capacity increases and you’re able to think at a much higher level than before.

And because you’re able to think at a higher level, you automatically attract people into your life who are on the same wavelength as you. You will attract people into your life who can help you create the success you desire.

When you start vibrating at a higher level of consciousness, people will see you in a completely different light. They can feel a different energy coming from you.

That’s not some mystical thing, it makes total logical sense.

When you’re thinking at a higher level, you act and speak differently. You act on purpose, instead of going with the flow. People see the power in that. That’s how they get attracted to you.

It’s all about becoming a person who can attract leaders. That’s why spending some time each day working on your mind is so crucial to your long term success.

Ah, Wayne…you speak the absolute truth here!

We are continually subjected to all kinds of negativity, by the media, by the people we are surrounded by & by society in general.

When I realised that these aspects were the very things that were pulling me down, leaving me in a perpetual state of confusion, directionless & preventing me from going forward with my life, I did something about it!

I declared a permanent media boycott – don’t watch any form of TV news, listen to any radio news broadcasts, read any newspapers or controversial type magazines. I also make every effort to avoid associating with negative people, & strive to only bring positive people into my circle.

A time WILL come in your life when you need to take a step back, distance yourself & take a long hard look at what you want & what is stopping you from getting there – then throw it out & start afresh.

Believe me…it’s NEVER too late!
Stay inspired!

Hey Wayne,

I totally agree with you on this. Once you’re committed to personal growth, you start to think difference and become more attractive as I’m experiencing right now. Thanks for sharing!

I can’t put a finger on how it works, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is that it does work, and it works very well!

Hi Wayne,

thanks for your take on personal development. I fully agree with you that personal development isn’t mystical at all.

In hindsight, it can appear mystical: I’m in entirely different shoes today than I was one year ago and two years ago – and I ask myself: I am who I am today – who was the guy from one year ago or two years ago ?

Keep up your great work.

Take care

Thanks Oliver! And let’s debunk all of this “woo-woo” stuff about personal development too. It’s totally logical how and why it works. Become a better human being, you talk about higher order stuff, and that attracts higher order people. It’s as simple as that!

Hi Wayne,

This is a great insight.

I know as I’ve grown, and invested in myself I’ve changed. I can see the same thing happening in some of my online peers. It’s a beautiful thing to behold!

You’re right in saying that with growth, it takes more to become irritated. What a peace and calm!

Love the post Wayne, thank you!

Hi Wayne,

I resonate totally with your sentiments on this topic.

I meditate for two hours a day and while many would think this is a lot of time to give to this, one of the benefits is such an increased awareness and clarity that I need far less time to get things done than if I was not doing so.

It is truly amazing what a difference doing what you say makes to one’s life and of course one’s business too.

Having a calm non re-active mind allows one to work with everything that comes ones way in the most peaceful way and one always feels in control.

There is no way to experience this other than to do it.

Marcus, thanks for your take my friend. Yes, I used to think that meditating for 2 hours a day would intrude on my schedule, but I’ve totally changed my mind on that. If I could give 2 hours and become 4x, 6x, 8x more productive, I’d do it any day. It’s all about increasing your pro-activity, and reducing your re-activity.

HI Wayne,

I love this and I’ve really gotten conscious about the negative things in my life that I can cut out. It’s helped me to shift into a healthier, more positive state and therefore helped me to attract people who are more positive / possibility thinkers as well. It’s an important part of the personal development journey, and one that pays big in rewards.

Hey Wayne,

I loved the video and can totally relate with your message, I am finding that if I take an hour a day and read from one of my books:

The Travelers Gift
Think and Grow Rich
Start With Why
Anything Fast

and many others, it helps put me in the right frame of mind and a new perspective on what I am trying to do and why I am doing it.

Looking forward to the next post from you! Great stuff buddy!
