Be Proud and Never Apologize For Being A Network Marketer!

In my last post, I mentioned that a friend of mine once said to me: “For you to have more, other people must have less. If you want to be rich, you HAVE TO rip other people off”. Sadly, a lot of people will carry this self limiting belief on their network marketing journey and it stops them from becoming successful, until they change their beliefs.

If that statement was true, “If you want to be rich, you HAVE TO rip other people off…”, then the world that we live in would be a whole lot different. We’d have a world where the vast majority are poor and uneducated, slaving away for the very few elite. That is clearly not the case.

Most people who are rich deserve to be rich because they have created tremendous value for others. Poor people have very little value to offer to anybody. Poor people are not just materially poor, they are mentally poor. And it’s that mentality that keeps them poor.

One of my heroes is Henry Ford, founder of the Ford Motor Company. Henry Ford at one time was one of the richest people in the world. Did he deserve it? You’d have to be pretty dumb to say “No”. Before he created the Model T Ford, car ownership was the modern equivalent owning a private jet. It was completely out of reach for ordinary people.

Ford was born into a farming family that was less fortunate than most others. He hated farm work, but he had a vision to democratize the automobile. He worked very hard at it and failed many times with many different partners over many years. He finally launched the Model T in 1908.

At $825, and with the price falling every year, it was so cheap and easy to repair that by the 1920′s, the majority of cars in the world were Model T’s.

The rest of the world didn’t get poorer because of the Model T, they got richer because of the convenience of transportation that a car provided. Not only that, Ford created a lot of employment. His employees were very well paid – far better than other factory workers at the time.

That’s just one example of how rich people create massive wealth for others. If it weren’t for these pioneers, where would we be today? So let go of limiting beliefs that are making you feel guilty and holding you back.

By being involved in network marketing, you’re offering others the opportunity to own their lives. You’re offering people a chance to build a residual income that allows them to have the time freedom they never would have dreamed they could have. That is tremendously valuable.

And you should feel proud to share the opportunity with as many people as possible who are looking for it, because by sharing it, you are creating wealth for others.

Don’t let general society’s hypocritical belief that the rich are greedy and selfish, that the rich should give to the poor, that the rich are rich at the expense of the poor keep you shackled and struggling. You don’t owe them anything because they haven’t worked worked their butts off to create value for others.

Be selfish enough to carry out your vision which will benefit all those around you. Never apologize for being a network marketer.

To your MLM success,

As the young ones would so gleefully declare OMG this is great content fellas I am so looking forward to sinking my teeth into a feed of quality.
I must admit to occasionally lowering the eye contact and often notice I have projectile vomited a failing sales pitch over innocent strangers. Looking forward to gaining the insight into becoming a success firstly as a person then a leader. From what I am reading giving is definately receiving.
Cheers from Perth
